How To Use : OPEN ONLY WHEN READY TO USE AS PRODUCT IS AIR ACTIVATED. Tear open plastic packet, remove protective ?lm from patch and apply to the affected area, adhesive side on to clothing. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. After use, dispose in normal household waste. Each patch is for single use only. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. Please recycle carton.

DO NOT: • use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period. • use on the face, mucous membranes, wounds, broken skin, bruises or swelling. • use on infants, children or persons unable to remove the patch on their own. • use with other skin medications or other heat sources. • bandage over the patch. • cut, massage or fold the patch. • attempt to reheat or microwave. • use whilst asleep or with prolonged pressure against patch. • use if product is punctured or torn. • Do not use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period.
